Liz began her journey with Destin Beach Safety 13 years ago, bringing with her a deep sense of professionalism and a strong commitment to safety and public service. Over the years, she has not only stood watch as a lifeguard but has also dedicated nine seasons to instructing and mentoring in the Junior Lifeguard Program.

Her experience on the front lines of beach safety has brought purpose and clarity to her work with the juniors. She’s never simply taught skills—she’s shared real-world knowledge, inspired confidence, and shaped the next generation with vision and care.

Through her guidance, hundreds of young people have gained more than just water safety and rescue training. They've grown as swimmers, as teammates, and as individuals—ready to meet challenges with discipline, confidence, and resilience.
